Da SanJiang (DSJ) Turnkey Noodle Plants

We make fried and non-fried instant noodle machines and build instant noodle making plants. Our products and services are:

• We sell instant noodle machines, include conveyor systems, dough processing devices, dough sheet pressing roller system, noodle shredding cutter, steamer, deep fryer, hot-air-dryer and more.

• We build turnkey plants, with all instant noodle machines properly installed. We commence and complete the trial runs and train the staff to run the plants. Instruction to operate each instant noodle machine will be given to the operators. 

• We provide support after we sell you the instant noodle machines; we supply parts and replacement devices, carry out maintenance and repair. You can also get seasoning sachets and noodle packaging materials from us. 

• We upgrade plants with older instant noodle machines to brand new modern facilities.  This is a project by Da SanJiang to have upgraded the 20 years old fried instant noodle plant to a new plant with heated-air-dried instant noodles processing machines:  ▶️ Video showcase of recent project in China.

• We have for you the optional instant noodle machine models that can make instant cup noodles or bag noodles.

• You can use a vacuum or atmospheric pressure dough mixer for wheat flour processing.

• According to your requirements, we provide extruder, or slurry-sheet spreader machine, or colander machine for starch/rice vermicelli noodle making.

• We build single or multi-layer steamers for your instant noodles/vermicelli production line depending on the space available.

• You can use our pressure cooker to improve the texture of your noodle/vermicelli products.

• We do mechanical or pneumatic noodle/vermicelli block shape correction systems so that you can  save a lot of labour.

• For dehydration of noodle/vermicelli products, we offer you continuous noodle fryers, continuous basket dryers and batch operation drying chambers.

• We are the exclusive retail agent for Fuji FW340 series horizontal wrapper packaging machines. We work with major instant noodle packaging machine suppliers and we install instant noodle machine assembly for you, completing the entire process from material handling to final product packaging.

• All our production lines are equipped with Siemens or Omron PLC central control. Therefore, the entire production process is highly automated.
